Jan. 23 - Jan. 27

Scott slouches on Grandma's lap during breakfast! Grandma had her feet up on a chair, so Scott copied that by putting his feet on the table!

But alas, after taking pictures I took his feet off the table! I'm not sure he understood the speech about civilized people and tables...

Every morning we step out on the porch to see what the weather is like! Steven is interested in things like temperature and precipitation. I'm only interested in one thing: yup, it's still winter. Sigh...

Scott plays the drums with a spoon and pan lid. I think they were singing "We all live in a yellow submarine"!

Scott doesn't walk to the beat of a different drummer. He IS the drummer!

When we come inside Scott runs over to the door to look for snow on the floor (from our boots) to play with. So I got him a bowl of snow!

Next morning, still in his jammies, he takes up his pan lid and marches around the house again!

During diaper changes Steven likes to keep Scott amused. Otherwise he twists over and crawls away before I can get him dressed. One of Scott's favorite is when Grandpa hangs toys from his ears!

We put Scott in the backpack on my back, with a warm coat pinned around the pack, and took him for a ride on the snowmobiles. He liked the motion but not the noise. And he wanted to drive!

Grandma and Scott.

When it's warm-ish we play on the porch for a little while. I missed a good picture minutes before this. He was sitting in the sled with the Ski pole, like was going to row it or pole it along the floor. But he climbed out while I got my camera.

Our bathroom is child-proof, and Scott has a bucket of toys in there, so he likes to wander in there and play. One of his favorite things to do is to close the door and talk to "Mirror boy" in the full-length mirror on the back of the door! I got down on the floor and took this picture of his little feet through the crack at the bottom of the door!

When I was done hanging laundry Scott played in the laundry basket!

He likes to roll the ball across the floor, then chase after it.
