Scott was marching around holding Winnie-The-Pooh
Then he noticed that Grandpa was doing a Sudoku puzzle!

Grandpa let Scott draw on an already-finished puzzle.

Then he started rolling the pencil in the paper!

He helped Grandpa make Sourdough Pancakes. He carefully dropped the pepper shaker over the back of the chair, then leaned over and looked down at it and said "oops"!

Oh well, he still had these empty red shakers to play with!

Uncle Tristan showed up bringing 'peace'!

Which Scott thought he was supposed to "high-five"!

It was Barbara's birthday the day before. We had a party for her, and had baked spaghetti for dinner. Barbara made and brought her own birthday cake. We played a board game, "Life". It was a fun evening. Earlier, before we had dinner, Tristan and Stephen went out for a spin on the snowmobiles, then Steven and Barbara went out.

Scott helps Grandpa eat the nummy chocolate/peanut butter cake!

The smiling birthday girl. 25 now. A quarter of a century!

It looks like they made it through that piece of cake!

Scott goes to see if his Daddy has any cake left!

No? Oh well, I'm sure there's all kinds of things within reach to play with!

Now over to play with Mama!

"Does my nose need powdering?"

Now we've got them both looking the same direction!

Oh yes! What a beautiful picture!

Emily kisses her son's ear.

Which cracks him into peals of laughter!

"Escape, escape, must escape the tickle-monster!"

"Mmmmm...cherry pepsi! Wonder if the nipple from my bottle would fit on that...?"

Everyone has gone home now. Scott works off some last-minute energy before bed time, carrying around his bear.

Okay, ready for bed now!
