Nov. 23 to Dec. 12, 2012

Scott loves Choo-choo trains.  He found this one with the Christmas decorations at the thrift store in Eureka.  Then he fell asleep in the car on the way home, snuggled with his choo-choo.

Scott seeks out challenges all the time, including with something as simple as drinking his morning bottle!

We got this mini-trampoline for him at a thrift store in Kalispell.  Of course he has to invent his own way of 'jumping' on it!

This picture is supposed to be after the next one.  He did a flip over the handle bar, or rather I should say he did a summersault and landed on his back.

Here he is, flipping over the bar.

A typical day with Scott...everything is either on it's side or upside-down!

Hey Scott, is it time for your nap yet?

I guess so!

Scott's parents brought him a Lego block table for his birthday.  Everyone had fun playing with it!

Scott in mud boots, diaper, and t-shirt, playing with a flashlight.

Scott prefers the big snow shovel instead of the kid-size one.

Sand shovels - not just for sand!

We've gotten several inches of snow over the last few days.  Here by the porch it doesn't look very deep.

Mid. November, 2012

Scott passed out after smelling Grandma's slipper!
Actually, he fell asleep on the chair.

Scott shopping on the counter, after he climbed the wall to sit on the window ledge.

Scott shows off his own style of using the Stair-stepper.  Must be fun, looking at that smile!

Scott checks to make sure Grandma and Grandpa are still watching.

A handy perch to stand on while watching a Barney Christmas show.

Or better yet, a drive-in movie theater!

Car-riding...invented just so small children get their naps!

What can be sweeter than a toddler and his teddy bear at the piano?

Scott checks out the hubs on the Cherokee while Grandpa mounts the winter tires on the rims.

And thus we end, as we started on this post, with Scott asleep on the recliner!

 Scott and his Hot Rod

 Zonked!

Scott's other Hot Rod... a gift from Steven's sister, her daughter, and grandchildren.

Steven's Mom pulling Scott in a wagon.

Steven helps Scott 'ride' a scooter from Steven's Mom's toy collection.

Hot-Rod Grandma.  Steven's Mom taking off on her 3-wheeled motorcycle while Steven and Scott watch.

At a Rest Area when we first got to Kansas.

"See, Grandpa?  I can hold this big rock up!"

Scott - pics of the day!

Scott's toy-of-the-day:  A pair of Grandpa's reading glasses!

Mid-May to Mid-June 2012

Scott and bear, snuggled up asleep.

 Stephen, Emily, and Scott

Scott, after his nap.  He tried to take his shirt off and got his arm through the neck instead of the waist!

Sometimes you just look up at the right time and just happen to have your camera!  This is typical of one of the moments when I usually don't have my camera and Scott is doing something funny!

Scott, sprawled in Grandpa's chair, sitting like Grandpa, sideways and sprawled!

Scott serves himself some of the cheese crackers his parents brought him!

Scott plays a trio on the piano with two of his cousins, Hanna and Logan!

At the end of a long day, he looks adorable sleeping with one arm around a bear and the other around one of his cloth books!

Serving spoon in one hand, fork in the other, and a spoon laying on the plate. Scott loves pork and beans!

Scott took advantage of some clean water to wash his toys before the water got dirty laundry dumped in it!

We rode bicycles to Eureka on June 12, and Scott insisted on taking Grandpa's water bottle from the bicycle to bed with him!  There he is, butt in the air, sound asleep!

Camping pictures, Steven's camera, May 2012

 "Can I drive?"

Scott in the kayak with Grandma.  He loved it!

Where the river flows out of the lake.  Look at the clear water!

Scott playing with Grandpa's compass.  Lunch break near Finger Lake.

Grandma trying to catch Scott to change his diaper, with a diaper over her head, hoping to distract him long enough to catch him!

We rode bicycles on some of the trails.
