Grandpa watches Scott play! Scott still loves playing with this "cube" of activities he got for his first birthday from his parents, aunts, and uncles.

But then... time for chores! lol

After watching Grandma sweep up cracker crumbs, Scott gives it a try!

Grandpa and Scott on one of our many afternoon walks.

Scott likes to stand on the bar of the backpack and lean over our shoulders so he can see everything!

A puase to catch our breath near the top of a hill!

Grandpa keeps Scott entertained during another diaper change. These are pretty cool diapers. Emily just got them for him. They have a cloth outer cover, and a plastic liner snaps inside with a highly absorbant cloth insert in the plastic liner. They're great.

Emily and Scott

Scott has been real slouchy while drinking his bottle lately, as he demonstrates here!

Uncle Tristan gives Scott lessons in using the IPOD.

While Uncle Tristan gets distracted talking to Grandpa, Scott tries out a few things on his own!

Scott and the IPOD.

The kids set up the mats for "DanceDanceRevolution", a 'Wii' game.

Scott protests his removal from the mats! He wanted to dance too! That's Emily and Tristan on the mats.

Emily holds Scott while she dances!

On the TV you can see what they look at while they dance. Actually, at this moment they are selecting the next song.

Now they're dancing, and Tristan is holding Scott this time.

Scott sits out a dance and rides on Stephen's shoulders.

Stephen 'dances' Scott's feet for him!

Scott. He likes this "walking" stuff, because he can carry things with him.

And there he goes!

Now that he can walk, he likes this toy too, with the popping, bouncing balls inside the bubble.

Scott.

He dragged the laundry basket over here, opened the cabinet, and got in the basket.

Who knew that old cool whip, cottage cheese, and other plastic cartons would keep a toddler amused for so long!

Scott generally hates shoes, but when we were getting ready for our walk he took off and ran a few laps around the table before coming back and letting us put him in the backpack!
